If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your order to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the unused bindings in their original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the gear. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
